We had an amazing stay here! The location was spot on, right in the heart of everything. We loved that there were so many places to shop and explore within walking distance. The service here was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. We especially appreciated the room amenities, the free Wi-Fi, and the comfortable bed.

The service was exceptional. They knew it was my birthday and surprised me with a room upgrade and drinks vouchers. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including complimentary drinks and snacks. I highly recommend this hotel.

The standard king room was perfect and airy with comfortable bed, so that guests had essentials. Besides, the location was easy for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Rows.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The standout thing for me was the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assist me with any requests I had. The manager at reception was super polite and even remembered my name throughout my stay. The room was lovely and had several nice touches, such as a TV-radio linked to the bathroom and a view of the nearby church. The art and lighting in the room added a personalized and warm touch. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and quantity. The continental and cooked options were both delicious and satisfying. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, location, and staff.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything at this hotel was top-notch, from the facilities to the service.

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but fantastic memories from this trip. Overall it was brand-new with bath.

The setting is incredible and magnificent, adjacent to all the shops and Chester and the centre of Chester. Besides, it's close to Grosvenor Park.

Fabulous hotel with a lovely touch of birthday vouchers for complimentary drinks. the room was comfortable with a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. the bathroom had luxurious Zenology products. the atmosphere in the hotel was great and not pretentious. the Grosvenor suite had a beautiful balcony overlooking the park with a Nespresso machine. the bar and restaurant had a fantastic range of drinks, delicious cocktails, and exceptional roast pork dinner. Steve took good care of us during breakfast and even the smoked salmon was the best ever. the location is excellent, just a short walk from the city centre. the room was clean, comfortable, and had complimentary beverages and snacks. the breakfast options were great, including a beautiful display of continental options and skilled cooked, to, order main breakfast.

My slight negative was the broken TV aerial in the room, but the Chromecast device and WiFi streaming made up for it. It would also be ideal if the hotel had parking, but parking at the Grosvenor shopping centre was available for £10 per night, only a 10, minute walk away.

Bright hotel, impeccably clean, savoury breakfast, favourable location close to town centre.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place, everything was perfect. Welcoming staff members were with excellent customer service.

Such a very relaxing experience. The room was fashionable, had a comfortable interior. We had early check-in on arrival.

You guys made my stay good. Really lovely building and rooms with beautiful decoration. The staff was accommodating from my arrival up until I left.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants, making it easy to find something delicious to eat. it was conveniently located close to the racecourse, ensuring a fun and exciting day out. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with a fabulous shower. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to choose from. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful church.

The bar closed earlier than expected, which was a bit disappointing.

I appreciated my staying here. I had a very relaxing experience here, everything was perfect, the location was brilliant adjacent to local shops, bars and centre. Hotel was neat. The whole staff was immensely pleasant. Breakfast was great - lots of food and welcome drinks.

Excellent service, ideal location and English breakfast. Bed was good, I enjoyed it. The staff was super and consistently courteous, enjoyed this place. Beautiful garden outside. There were a couple of good restaurants. Brand-new hotel, my first choice in Chester.
